You can choose if you wish to receive any correspondence from us e.g. special offers, updates of our lines use of our products or other information regarding our products.

All online and credit/ debit card transactions are processed through PayPal secure online payment system. We follow procedures within the Data Protection Act 1998.

Our cookies do not contain any personal information about you and are used only to determine your browser preferences on our site.

If you wish to check the information we hold about you, please contact us by email. We will deal with such enquires as a matter of priority.

Return /refund Policy:

You must inspect the produce and inform us of complaints within 24hrs of delivery. Where possible we will replace goods with those to your satisfaction. Should this not be possible we will refund the cost of the unsatisfactory goods.

Cancellation Policy:

Your cancellation rights!

Orders can be cancelled or amended up to 24hrs prior to dispatch. Orders placed within 24hrs prior to delivery can not be cancelled or amended unless agreed by prior consent.

Delivery

Internet Purchases:

Below are the shipping options and costs including packaging. To keep shipping costs to a minimum Pye Nanny Hall Nurseries ship by weight hence prices may vary from what is indicated below for large heavy orders.

Royal Mail Standard delivery from £1.04: Only available on orders under £20 – can take 1 – 5 working days to arrive.
Royal Mail Signed for from £2.01: Delivery will have to be signed for and should take between 1 – 5 working days to arrive.

For wholesale orders:

Following completion of an order, delivery will be made on the agreed date. A delivery note with costing will accompany all orders and must be signed by a member of the business/ cooperative upon receipt of goods.

Should severe adverse weather conditions acts of God or other unforeseen events beyond our control result in the inability to deliver or late delivery, we will contact you as soon as possible to inform you of the situation. We will arrange a rescheduled delivery at the soonest possible time.

Vegetable box delivery scheme:

This is operational within a 10 mile radius of Pye Nanny Hall. The day of delivery is dependant on the area in which you live. This will be confirmed on acceptance of entering the scheme.
